These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Aleenah website and your purchase of our products. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

All Aleenah products are made to order and printed on demand specifically for you. Because each item is custom-produced, slight variations in colour, placement and finish may occur and are not considered defects.

Prices are shown in your local currency based on your location using live exchange rates and are for guidance; the exact amount charged is confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Promotional discounts, such as a first-order discount, apply as described at the time of the offer.

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We accept debit and credit card payments and other options shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or product unavailability.

All designs, artwork, logos and website content are the property of Aleenah or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. If you submit content for personalisation, you confirm you have the right to use it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aleenah is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by applicable consumer protection laws in the markets we serve, including the US, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia and the Gulf.
